About This Event
Foxtrot on Bangrak Beach serves Thanksgiving on Thursday 26 November, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. The afternoon and evening by the sea is designed for long, relaxed meals with family and friends.
The meal starts with an antipasto board of cured meats, international cheeses, dips and house focaccia. At the centre of the table is herb-roasted turkey with stuffing, cranberry sauce and rich gravy. Alongside it are a cranberry and pecan crusted baked salmon, and a butternut squash, feta and cranberry quiche for vegetarians. The sides are served family style: creamy mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, pumpkin gratin, cauliflower cheese, rosemary and garlic roast potatoes, and Parker House rolls. For dessert there's spiced pumpkin pie and snickerdoodle blondies.
