About This Event
Foxtrot Kitchen on Bangrak Beach marks New Year's Eve with a Mediterranean-inspired dinner on Thursday 31 December. Guests arrive from 6 p.m. and are welcome to stay until late, beside the sea.
Dinner opens with a shiitake mushroom tartlet with soy caramel and thyme. Then comes a mezze of starters for the table: burrata with confit cherry tomatoes, smoked salmon with crispy capers, and Parma ham with pomegranate and shaved Parmesan. For the main course, each guest chooses between Australian beef tenderloin with red wine sauce and potato dauphinoise, sea bass with brown butter and a caper and lemon concassé, or a vegetable moussaka with apple tzatziki. A shared dessert platter of coconut panna cotta, chocolate crémeux and lemon posset finishes the meal.
The dinner costs ฿2,200++ per guest. Tables are limited, and bookings are made through WhatsApp.
