Sesun Grill & Beach Bar at Hyatt Regency Koh Samui hosts its New Year's Eve gala dinner on Thursday 31 December, from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m., across the restaurant and the beach lawn in North Chaweng.
The evening opens with a welcome drink and a photo booth, before an international buffet built around a beach barbecue. It has locally sourced seafood, premium grilled meats, homemade pasta and the chef's porchetta. The dress code is Tropical Elegance: elegant resort wear in tropical colours and refined prints.
The gala costs ฿10,000++ per person, including free-flow soft drinks. Free-flow alcoholic drinks can be added for a further ฿3,500++. Tables are booked online through TableCheck, or by phone on 077 448 777.
