New Year's Eve Gala Dinner

Nikki Beach on Lipa Noi sees in 2027 with a New Year's Eve gala on Thursday 31 December, from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. Dinner is served from 7 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., followed by live entertainment and music under the stars. At midnight the resort puts on what it describes as the longest fireworks display on the island.

The gala buffet is set out across live stations. There are canapés of foie gras mousse and bluefin tuna tartare, an oyster-shucking bar, and seafood on ice with king crab and lobster. A caviar lounge and a sushi counter sit alongside them. The grill and carving station serves Australian Wagyu prime rib, Beef Wellington, rack of lamb and a whole roast pig. There's truffle risotto finished in a Parmesan wheel, a Thai station, a kids' corner, and desserts including a croquembouche and a chocolate fountain.

Every guest is entered into a prize draw for a three-night stay at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa. The gala costs ฿8,000++ per adult and ฿2,000++ for children aged 5 to 12. Sunbeds and VIP packages can be arranged through the beach club team.
