New Year's Eve: A Taste of Samui

Mantra Samui Resort sees in 2027 with A Taste of Samui at The View Kitchen + Bar on Thursday 31 December, from 7 p.m. until late. Dinner is a four-course set menu, with a choice of dish at each course. It draws on Southern Thai cooking, with soft shell crab, tiger prawns, local sea bass and Southern Thai curries.

Free-flow wine, draught beer and soft drinks are poured twice during the evening: from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and again from 11 p.m. to midnight. Live entertainment runs through the night, and a DJ set builds towards midnight, when fireworks go up over the Gulf of Thailand.
