2 Fishes in Bophut presents a one-night-only Jagota Dinner on Wednesday 27 May, showcasing two standout ingredients: premium Sandalwood Korean Wagyu and luxurious black cod, sourced through Jagota.

The multi-course menu opens with black cod starters including French Special Geay oysters, a smoked black cod taco with roasted pepper salsa and avocado, crispy black cod with buttered lentils and salsa verde, and miso, ginger and balsamic marinated black cod with wilted mustard greens. Korean Wagyu mains feature a 36-hour slow-cooked cheek with capeloni, potato, caramelised onion, black truffle, and Madeira jus, alongside a charcoal grilled striploin with frigetelle peppers, potato pave, and black garlic jus. The evening finishes with a Sicilian cannoli and an Italian digestive.

The menu-only option is priced at ฿2,650++ per person. A curated wine pairing, presented in partnership with Wine Garage, is available at ฿3,450++ and features labels from Ciro Picariello, Patrick Sullivan, Domaine Petite Roubie, Collemattoni, and Federico Curtaz.
